What is Arken Finance
Arken Finance is the DeFi Abstraction Layer for Multi-chain, Protocols, dApps, and User Experience.
As more users, use cases, and transactions come into play, it’s inevitable that we’ll see a rapid expansion of multi-chain. Users are now facing an ever-growing complexity from diverse technologies when they build a new protocol or move from CEX to DEX.
To simplify these problems, Arken abstract away DeFi complexity by developing Abstraction Layers on L1, L2, and protocol layers. With Abstraction Layer, we enable developers to create applications and help traders and users navigate across multi-chain with ease.
For developers, Arken helps abstract the complexity and unified liquidity and protocols to accelerate industry growth, making it easier for developers to build and create. On the user side, Arken provides the best user experience abstraction into a single user-friendly system over multiple networks, thousands of protocols, and millions of liquidity pools to make the transition to DeFi easy and painless.
We are on a long journey toward our mission — making DeFi accessible to all. There are many segments of users, each with different challenges. ARKEN Native Token
$ARKEN is the utility and governance token for the Arken Finance ecosystem.
Apart from the utility to abstract the variety of payments, tradings, anchor the value, and stabilize liquidity in our ecosystem, $ARKEN mechanism is designed to be a backbone of the protocols, offering real value. Our tokenomics help align the interests of Arken ecosystem and our token holders for long-term growth.
$ARKEN utilities include the following:
- Governance rights to vote for protocol-related decisions
- As a utility token on Arken Finance Platform
- Enjoy the real yield through $ARKEN: any future products will utilize the token. As Arken ecosystem grows, more value and incentives will be distributed to $Arken holders.
- More products and protocols to fully utilize $ARKEN value will be released soon!

Token Allocation
A total of 10,000,000,000 (ten billion) $ARKEN will be minted and the full distribution will become accessible over 6 years, starting from 6 April 2023 (may be subject to change).
The token allocation plan is as follows:
- Community (51.57%): breakdown into each allocation as
- Community Building (20%): vested over 4 years and will be used for marketing purposes.
- Airdrop (1%): used for airdrop round 1 and the next round in the future.
- Public Sale & Launchpad (5%): equally distributed to Impossible Finance Launch Pad and public sale on Arken Finance.
- Treasury (25.75%): vested over a 1-week period and it is used to support the future development and unforeseen needs of Arken’s community.
- Ecosystem Growth (18.25%): vested over 4 years and used for ecosystem development of contributors, incentives, and DEX liquidity within Arken’s ecosystem.
- Team (15%): vested over a 6-years period, with a 6-months cliff
- Advisor (1.5%): vested over a 6-years period, with a 6-months cliff
- Investor (13.50%): vested over a 6-years period, with a 6-months cliff

The token allocation and emission schedule are aimed to reflect our long-term commitment to making DeFi accessible to everyone by ensuring the investment of those who believe in and stand for our sustainable ecosystem is secured while our team focuses on what truly matters to the community.

How Can I Participate in the Public Sale?
The public sale will commence on 2 platforms: Arken Finance and Impossible Finance, with additional Coin98 staking on Impossible Finance. All public sales will be only on Arbitrum.

How Can I Claim $ARKEN Tokens for Community Round?
For early supporters of Arken Finance, many of you might have had a chance to join some of our marketing and community activities and won some rewards. Here is the summary of how you can claim $ARKEN Tokens for every Community Round.
Airdrop 2021
Who & Criteria: Winners from all 2021 Airdrop Campaigns between 25 Oct 2021–7 Nov 2021

How to claim
- Where to claim: Arken Finance Website
- Claiming Period: 6 April — 6 May 2023
- How: Users can claim ARKEN tokens only on Arbitrum network with the same wallet address which participated in the campaign, regardless of whether you participate in Arken Finance on BNB Chain, Ethereum, or Polygon.
- Action Required: Prepare your wallet address on Arbitrum network with the same wallet address
FAQ
1. Can I change the wallet address?
- Users can only claim ARKEN tokens in the same wallet address that participates in the campaign.
2. Who already claimed NFA from Competition ?
- Rewards from Ranking Campaign will be excluded, but users will still get tokens if they are winners in Thank you campaign and Follow & Share campaign.
3. Can I claim ARKEN tokens on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon ?
- ARKEN tokens can be claimed only on the Arbitrum network.
4. Can I claim ARKEN token after the claiming period?
- After the claiming period, you will not be able to claim ARKEN tokens anymore.
NFA Holders
Who & Criteria: All NFA holders, the wallet addresses who hold NFA on BNB Chain at 3 April 2023 12:00 UTC
How to claim
- Where to claim: Arken Finance Website
- Claiming Period: 6 April — 6 May 2023
- How: Users can claim ARKEN tokens only on Arbitrum network with the same wallet address that holds NFA on BNB Chain as above criteria.
- Action Require: Prepare your wallet address on Arbitrum network
FAQ
1. Do I need to transfer NFA to the Arbitrum network ?
- No need! The system will automatically snapshot the holders on the BNB chain.
2. If I want to mint NFA after 3 April 2023 12:00 UTC, how can I claim ARKEN tokens ?
- You can claim ARKEN tokens using the same method as the Airdrop 2021 Campaign as mentioned above.
3. Can I claim ARKEN tokens on Ethereum, BNB Chain, Polygon ?
- ARKEN tokens can be claimed only on the Arbitrum network.
4. Can I change the wallet address to claim ARKEN token?
- Not support.
5. If I don’t want to claim ARKEN tokens from NFA, what should I do?
- After the claiming period, you will not be able to claim ARKEN tokens anymore.
6. Will NFA be burnt from my wallet after claiming ARKEN tokens ?
- No, you can continue to hold NFA but you cannot claim any tokens onward.
