Arken Finance W1–2 of March 2022 Improvement Highlights
February and March have been busy months for the Arken team. Always striving for better, today we would like to update everyone about what we have improved on Arken Finance during the past 2 weeks. We have 4 main improvements, namely:
- New Design Market Page
- Improvements on the Trade Page Performance
- Order History on Arken Finance
- Swap Box Improvement
The details are as follows:
1) New Design Market Page
One of our product goals is to provide an all-in-one trading experience for our users across any chain and network. Thus, as we are growing and supporting more chains, it is time for another design revamp. The overall improvement of the market aims to support easier accessibility of chain selection. Providing a clear and orderly overview with extended functions makes it affordable for users to manage their tokens.
What Has Been Improved?
1.1) Added “My Wallet” Tab
This tab shows tokens in the user’s wallet once you connect your wallet on Arken Finance, reducing the trouble of importing tokens manually. The “My wallet” tab default shows all tokens in the users’ wallets. Users can click the “Hide Small Balance” button to hide insignificant tokens with values that are less than 1.0 USD.
1.2) Improved (UX/UI) Design
- “All Token” and “24H High/Low” columns are now merged
- “24H High/Low” column will not be shown in “Favorite”, it has been changed entirely into the “Balance” button
- The sorting function with the top gainer, top loser, and trending has been removed. It can still be sorted through respective column heading
- Any configurations made by users on the Market Page will be automatically saved by the system, preserving the same sorting display of each parameter even after closing Arken’s website
- On the mobile interface, “Sort Chain” is moved to the “Search” box
2) Improvements of the Trade Page performance
Before, we’ve received several reports from users, experiencing some lagging issues after keeping the ‘Trade Page’ running for a while. The issue is now solved with an improved and more stable performance.
What Has Been Improved?
2.1) Improved ‘Trade Page’ backend performance
2.2) Revised UX when searching for tokens, grants faster results and eliminates problems where users can’t search for existing tokens
3) Order History
We now added the “Order History” feature showing transaction history made on Arken Finance
3.1) Showing transaction detail of each ordinary swap on the ‘Market’ tab
3.2) Showing transaction detail of limit order transactions on the ‘Limit’ tab
4) Swap Box Improvement
To minimize uncontrollable slippage & gas fee problems, we implemented a supporting feature to let users customize preferred settings before the transaction is made. Users are able to set slippage and gas prices before confirming to swap. Note that gas price can be set in advance in some chains such as BSC, while it’s fixed in other chains — ex. Avalanche
